Laura Pedroni, E-RYT- Founder & owner of Yogis. Laura has registered with yoga alliance since its founding & is a certified teacher trainer. She leads open classes, private yoga therapy, workshops, retreats and a 200 hr RYT teacher training program. A yogi for more than 20 years,her classes invite you to enjoy the journey of yoga & all the benefits it has to offer.
   Joan Sterling,RYT,ACE-Joan has been a fitness instructor since 1990.  She is certified by the American Council on exercise, and has been teaching yoga since 1999.Joan has a lighthearted approach to yoga, with emphasis on safety & alignment for all her students.
   
Karen Manfrin RYT- Karen is registered with Yoga Alliance, after completing the comprehensive Teacher Training program at Yogis Studio taught by Laura Pedroni. A yoga practitioner for the past eight years, Karen hopes to share her joy and openness to the practice of yoga with her students.
   
Jamie Barber – RYT Jamie has been a yoga enthusiast for 8 years and has been sharing her joy of yoga with students since 2008. After her first class she knew yoga would always be part of her life. She has practiced and studied Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikram, Ashtanga, Acroyoga, Aerial, and Yin Yoga. Feeling most at hOMe with her practice in Hatha and Yin traditions. When she’s not exploring her favorite pose, ardha chandrasana (½ Moon) she’s spending time with family and two dogs, golfing, gardening: aka weed puller extraordinaire, traveling or experimenting with new recipes.
   
Tim Redmond- RYT Tim’s first exposure to yoga and pilates came in the late 1990’s from his brother, Patrick, who is also a yoga and pilates teacher.  Tim began studying Buddhism with the Asian Classics Institute in the year 2000.  He was reintroduced to yoga in 2003 through Tibetan Heart Yoga.  He completed a 200 hour intensive teacher training program with yogis studio in 2010.  He focuses on an integrated approach of using the tools of yoga to reconnect the body, mind and spirit.
   
Zeah Katz-RYT was teacher certified through traditional Ashtanga yoga with Dave and Cheryl Oliver in Scottsdale, Arizona. With background as a structural and energy therapist, all classes are provided with a therapeutic and long term healing perspective. Self awareness and creating personal transformation through yoga and meditation is what brings Zeah into class as a teacher. 2009 was the beginning of the holistic healing journey which turned out to be so profound, it must be shared! Personal practice includes pranayama, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and restorative yoga. For further nurturing, individual classes and off the mat therapy sessions are provided through appointment.
 

 
Jenni Cossey - RYT Jenni has been practicing yoga for 12 years and in hope to share her passion for yoga with others completed the teacher training program in 2009. Her approach to yoga is with an open heart and a sense of humor and adventure, with a deep appreciation and a focus on presence and joy. She hopes to help others bring the lessons they learn on their mat into their lives and make their everyday more fulfilling.
 

 Bob Darm - RYT Bob has been practicing yoga since he was in college at the U of O. He has worked teaching yoga in the past few years working with patients in rehab.  He specializes in myofascial release and currently teaches Yogis.
   Mikki Trowbridge MBA by day. RYT by night. Type A to the core (working on letting go … sometimes). Oregon-lover. Mezzo soprano. Piano player. Proud owner of Shanti the Shiba. Backyard chicken mama. Book hoarder. Arm balance addict. Snowboarder. Hiker. And all-around lover of life.  Mikki has practiced yoga for five years and completed her 200 hour YogaWorks teacher training in March of 2011.




 Angela Newport -  Angela is fascinated by how yoga practice constantly teaches me about living and loving - even after nearly twenty years.  Her only regret?  That she didn't find yoga sooner!   And, that's precisely why helping  students of all ages - and especially teens - find relationship with themselves through yoga has become her avocation.  She is fortunate to have had several knowledgeable, devoted teachers and is grateful to continue their tradition of awareness and joy.


Melissa Grace -  Melissa has practiced yoga for over 4 years and completed her 200 hour Yoga teacher training in January of 2011. Living all over the United States Yoga has been a constant and a friend that she wants to share with anyone who wants to try.
